Strawberry Soup

Matias made dinner for us on Thursday night.  It was 99 degrees and way too hot to run the oven, so we went with a chilled meal.  We combined elements of a few different fruit soup recipes.  Here is what he did:

Cut up 3 cups of strawberries...he worked so hard on this!

Puree them in a food processor

 Add 1/4 c each of sugar and sour cream, 3/4 cups of yogurt and 1 TBL vanilla

 Puree it again

 Pour the soup into a bowl and drink the rest right out of the food processor...classy!

Serve chilled with a few chopped strawberries on top
